Integration Logs

The individual log detail pages also contain correlated records, to aid full diagnosis. Production of these logs is controlled by the system setting Enable Integration Logging, which can also be updated from the Integration Logs page. If integration traffic is heavy in the site, it is advisable to disable logging until required to for support purposes. This will protect against logs becoming full.

Catalog Import

The full outbound and response XML is available for all Catalog Import web service transactions. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

External User Import (Active Directory)

The full outbound and response XML is available for all External User Import transactions. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

Adapter Log

The full outbound and response XML is available for all Adapter web service transactions. These logs are deleted after 30 days.

PunchOut Log

The full outbound and response cXML is available for all Supplier PunchOut transactions. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
