Business Time allows individual days to be set as operating days with the additional option of specifying a start and end time within the day. Alternatively, a day can be set to ’24 hours’ where there is no interruption to business activity. The starting default is Monday through Friday, 24 hours per day.
This configuration is considered when calculating Approval reminders/escalation, Approval days’ waiting, Internal Workflow Inbox Task duration and Internal Workflow SLA timings.
